We are manufacturing magnetic separators for liquid and easily permeable mixtures to be set in the pipeline; the separators are capable of catching even very small ferromagnetic impurities.

We are manufacturing the separators in various sizes. For operations where a high impurity concentration is the issue, we are manufacturing flow magnetic separators with automatic cleaning.

Magnetic separator for dry mixtures is instrumental towards separation of metals from loose mixtures. The separator may be ended by a circular or square flange; we are manufacturing the product in various sizes.

In case of materials with worse loose characteristics (or materials tending to bridging effect), board separator can be used. Again, we are producing the separators in the design with automatic cleaning.

To find out the presence of metal impurities within the material, magnetic testing rods may be used. They may be utilized not only in junks, but also in laboratories and testing facilities.

To separate metals from materials transported on conveyor, it is advisable to use magnetic plate or magnet above the conveyor, namely according to the quantity of metal occurrence.

To increase separation efficiency, it is possible to incorporate magnetic cylinder into the conveyor, or, possibly, use a magnetic drum (that does not have to be included in the conveyor but fixed in the box construction). We are manufacturing these in various diameters and lengths.

In order to provide a simple magnetic separation, magnetic rods may be installed.

As a special product for plastics processing plants, magnet for injection molding hoppers is included - and you may insert it simply into the hopper. This way you protect injection nozzles and extend their lifetime! Again, this magnetic separator we are producing in various sizes. As its great advantage, utilization of very strong neodymium magnets should be taken into account, as well as the possibility of its simple cleaning.

We also developed magnetic separator of non-magnetic metals for separation of non-magnetic metals from non-metal materials (e.g. plastics). The product finds a wide range of applications in recycling industry.

We are dealing with design, construction and manufacturing of separation lines. According to customer needs, we are capable of "made-by-measure" production of separation lines in a manner fulfilling all relevant specifications. Always it depends on specific application, type and quantity of material to be sorted, as well as on many other factors.
