Magnetic separators for dry mixtures - automatic cleaning - single-sided characteristics
This magnetic separator serves to the separation of metal, magnetic impurities. In case of this separator the automatic cleaning principle consists in the fact that the material is poured through the side of a magnetic separator and - always after a set interval is elapsed - the caught metal impurities are transported to the opposite side - to the hopper. Magnetic pipes are cleaned by moving the stainless steel pipes so the metal impurities are transported to the side hopper.
It is also equipped with very strong neodymium magnets. Due to the unique pipe cleaning method it is possible to separate also metal impurities bigger than 5 mm that would otherwise damage the above mentioned two-sided separator. Smaller space requirements are also good to be mentioned.
Both types of the magnetic separators are operated using FESTO pneumatic elements and the cleaning process is controlled using the electronic system SIEMENS. It is also possible to connect the controlling system of the entire plant.
Magnetic separators for dry mixtures - automatic cleaning - two-sided characteristics
Magnetic separators with automatic cleaning serve for separation of metal magnetic impurities. Automatic cleaning principle consists in pouring the material through the central part of the magnetic separator. At given intervals, caught metal impurities are lifted to the left or right hopper (see animation below). Great advantage is that the material flow does not have to be disconnected in case of cleaning.
As a standard we offer two types: input size 400x400 with the capacity of 40 t/hour and 800x320 with the capacity of 150 t/hour.
