MAGNETS FOR JUNK PLANTS

fotoConical sorting magnet is used for material identification, and for that reason it belongs to the standard outfit of waste collection companies. It is fixed to a brass chain with the length of 50 cm. The chain is provided with a snap hook for simple attaching to clothing, which reduces the possibility of loss of the magnet. Magnet length is 50 mm, diameter 14 mm and weight 36 g.

fotoConical pendulous sorting magnet is used in the material identification. Similarly to the conical sorting magnet, it is stepped with a strong neodymium NdFeB magnet. Due to the placement on the rod it is possible to use the magnet for pulling metal magnetic particles out from complicatedly available spaces (e.g. vehicle motors). Total length is 160 mm, diameter 14 mm.

fotoSuper-strong sorting magnet is fitted with a very powerful NdFeB magnet. Thanks to this design, it can be used for material identification even in a longer distance. This magnet is frequently used for testing to find out if a magnetic material is present inside of non-magnetic material (paper, precious metals). This way it becomes possible to eliminate attempts for deceptions in plants for collection of precious metals. Magnetic force is 1 kN, the dimensions are 114x72 mm and the weight is 1.6 kg.

This magnetic rod is used to test whether your material contains metallic-magnetic impurities. It is fitted with strong NdFeB magnets. You can remove magnetic impurities by sliding the magnetic core out of the stainless steel case - metallic particles will fall off. The function principle here. Function princip please find  here.

We are offering 2 types - functional length of 140 mm:

  • Ø 20 mm, magnetic induction of approx. 5000 Gs (measured on magnetic core surface)
  • Ø 30 mm, magnetic induction of approx. 10500 Gs (measured on magnetic core surface)
